Hello,

thank you very much for booking an apartment in our facility. Below you will find basic information about our apartments and some basic “rules” 🙂

• Whole facility is strictly non smoking. Smoking is only allowed outside ..
• Check in is from 15:00 – 19:00 and must be pre-arranged before hand
• Check – out is by 10:00 or as arranged
• We are partilaly flexible with check – in and out times
• Parking spaces are provided and for free, one place per apartment
• WI–FI high speed available through out whole building for free
• In the hallway is a boot dryer (hanger), please change your shoes right there
• Towels and linens is provided
• Children up to 2 years of age do not have to pay
• There is a cleaning fee added to each reservation @ 20 Euros
• Dogs are allowed under 200,-Czk/ per day fee
• Ski Bus Stop is aproximetely 100m away (more info at www.skiresort.cz ) bus stop is called “U Dufku”)
• There is a fully equipped kitchen in each apartment and includes – fridge, microwave, ceramic stove, silverware, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, glasses, mugs, detergants…
• Flat TV screen  in each apartment
• Termostat regulation for heating in each apartment
• Electrically operated blinds in front of each window
